We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of the purchase date — no questions asked.

To request a refund, email us at mail@promptiify.com from the email address used at checkout and include your order number. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
